Television is a solution to help me ralax after school or work. Television have many channels with different programmes but should watch TV properly. For example, should consider useful programmes about education , human life or economics or news reports. Do not consider degrading and harmful programmes such as games, adult movies, horror programmes that can cause obsession in the future,... In general, televison help people relax but can also eyes damage if viewed too much or over time a day. Should be viewed at least 2 times a day, once for 1 hour.  Should not exceed 3 hours because it can cause eye diseases, brain related deseases,... You should follow the advice of your doctor or parents about a day's TV viewing time and useful programmes.
